Country Life, Dance & Music Society (CLDMS) of Pittsfield, MA P R E S E N T S The Pittsfield International Folk Dancers Dance Leader : Lou Mahoney

From 1968 to 1995, Pittsfield had a very active International Folk Dancing group headed by Lou Mahoney with the assistance of Stu Gralnik, Tibor Kormandy.

In addition to dancing for fun, the group had assembled a number of dances and their costumes. The dances included the countries of Germany, Hungary, Israel, Serbia, Balkins, etc.

The Pittsfield International Dancers have performed in the Berkshires (Pittsfield, North Adams, Lenox, Great Barrington, etc.) as well as in Lowell MA, and Schenectady and Albany New York. A series of special performances were done in New York City.
