If Mr Poucher should be witness today I wish you to Enquire in those cases that I shall state if you think proper I have heard the heirs of Miss Ostrander say that Jacob Hawver troubled their Mother verry much about that little property he had in possession of hurs and to rid hurself of that trouble she would frequently get Poucher to draw some writing to pacify Jacob the heirs further said she would tell Poucher he must draw them in such a manner that they would have no effect only to stop Jacobs trouble she further said that the rent of the place would pay Jacob for all his work

When Jacob went to build or anything of the kind John & Aaron or others did help him he did not do it alone
