You are required to produce on the hearing of this cause before the Surrogate on the 17th inst a certian deed of about 1 acre of land from Peter W Pulver to Nancy Ostrander or to Jacob A Hawver + wife or to both dated in or previous to 1830 - a deed back from the same grantees to Peter W Pulver a short time afterward - a deed in 1830 or 1831 from John J Miller + wife to Jacob A Hawver + wife and Nancy Ostrander of a wood lot a mortgage from Hawver + wife to Nancy Ostrander dated May 7. 1831 for $210 - deed of the above mentioned wood lot from Nancy Ostrander or Nancy Ostrander + others to John J Snyder supposed to be dated in 1832 - a deed from Cornelius + Jacob Moul to Nancy Ostrander, date not known, of lot afterwards sold to Henry Poucher - + a deed of last mentioned lot from Hawver + wife to Henry Poucher in 1838
