This is to certify that we the undersigners have This day sold to John P Ostrander and Dilaway F Philip all our right title intrest claim and demand whatsoever in the estate of Nancy Ostrander Deceased of the Town of Ghent Columbia Co for the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid before the seating and delivery of these presents the receipt whareof is herby acknolladge an confessen with the exception of a cirtin House and Lot of Land belonging to the said Nancy in her lifetime wich the said Nancy purched of James J Philip lying in the town of Ghent columbia County and State of New York bounded on the west by Lands of Leonard Smith on the south and East by lands of George M Waltermire and on the North by the public highway containing one fourth part of an acre be the same more or less
