To Mr H. Miller
Sir when I came to examine that note of Henry Poucher I found that it is dated April 25th 1842 instead of April 15th 1842 according to that statement that 248 Dols laid idle ten days longer the Int on $248 for ten Days amounts to 48 cents I wish you would substract that from the sum in that Paper I handed to you the other Day I wish you would get through with that care as soon as the case will admit I understand that Poucher is about taking the Bankrupt act he wished me to let that Note alone untill the Surrogate had Decided the cause so the sooner it is Disposed of the sooner I can try to get it Those Dates in that paper you have should be Dated April 25th 1842 Instead of April 15th 1842
