Business Sales andMarketing Representative - Massachusetts

The successful candidate isresponsible for developing marketing materials, carrying his/her own quota,prospecting, qualifying leads and closing sales of BerkshireNet productsand services to small and mid-size companies. Good communication and customerrelations skills a must. Maintain complete territory coverage, overseetransactions for BerkshireNet products and services, and work deals atthe strategic and tactical level. Sell to developer and managerial levels,maintaining a consistently high deal size average. Must be able to prioritizecontinuously, negotiate deals forecast all territory business, and understandall phases of the deal cycle. 

Bachelor's degree or equivalentand 2+ years sales experience in the Internet industry with a proven trackrecord of exceeding quota, strong closing skills, high energy and the desireto succeed. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of Windows, UNIX relational databases, client/server developmenttools, HTML, and web technologies preferred. Individual must have experienceselling to business accounts, working with and coordinating the sales processwith internal and external team members. 

Base salary plus commissions.
