As pointed out in the Notes file, they are from the original texts and do not contain the edits that Mr. Green made for publication. Thus a large number of editorial additions are absent, and material that was not published is included for reference and historical purposes. ![]() ![]() Inasmuch as The TerraKor Files is a sort-of news site for Korendian/Alliance information, it seems appropriate to have a page for editorializing on whatever calls for it. Letters From The Editor – 20190831 ![]() ![]()
This page is a "Miscellaneous" drawer in the TerraKor file cabinet. It's where factoids and assorted bits and pieces of information go when they don't merit separate pages. It will expand as new tidbits need a home. Odds & Ends – Miscellaneous Stuff ![]() ![]() This page uses the map of Korendor found on the Graphics page. Feel free to use it for any comments on the TK site, or to heap effusive praise of the brilliance of it. Peace and blessings, and va i luce. 20180512 -- The decades-old curse of websites that provide facilities for interaction is what are called "trolls". These are individuals whose empty lives revolve around posting foolish or hostile messages that are intended to annoy, frustrate or offend site owners, visitors and users. One such troll repeatedly posted antiscientific piffle about a mythological and physically impossible "Lake Tsiolkovsky", a supposedly water-filled crater on the far side of the moon (see here). Over the decades, that sort of arrant nonsense (lunar lakes, forests and large cities) found its way into the stories of several infamous contactees. A few, hyped by assorted "true believer" conspiracy sites, still make those claims despite indisputable photographic evidence to the contrary. As expected, the troll recited the nonsense about the world's governments trying to suppress knowledge of its existence. And as usual, there was an utter lack of rationale for the alleged censorship. Inasmuch as the Guestbook was polluted by the troll's ramblings, I've chosen to terminate it. There were a couple of contributors who provided useful information, but largely the Guestbook was unused. Since I refuse to give the lunatic fringe a forum for their guff, the book will remain closed. Va i luce! ![]() ![]() © 2011 Robert P. Renaud -- all rights reserved |
