BOOKING TIPS -- BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ROOM!

Attendees cannot spend the night in any workshop room, hallway or dance hall after hours. We suggest you book a room early! Free Shuttle/Hotel Buses are available for most hotels along Broadway, in Saratoga Springs. Local CDTA buses will offer free rides along their route (see "Lodgings Map" at left).
Use the interactive "EVENT LOCATIONS" and "LODGINGS" maps on the left, to see Hotel locations and Shuttle/Local Bus routes.
- You MUST mention you are a Dance Flurry participant to receive special rates (see LODGING TABLE below).
- Use the hotel's local telephone number (area code 518).
National reservations do not tie-in with local hotels' promotions.
- Most hotels require a credit card to hold a reservation, and have a cancellation policy. Please be sure to inquire about these policies when you book your reservation. The Dance Flurry Festival or Organization is not responsible for any fees incurred by festival participants who must cancel their hotel reservations.
- Many hotels require a two-night minimum stay for Flurry weekend
(single night may be higher cost).
